Michael MacBride will be joining us once again for the launch of his newest non-fiction title about Merton Clivette, the showman that dominated the 1920's and '30's before disappearing from the history books. Clivette rubbed elbows with Houdini, Twain, Doyle, and Barnum. MacBride dives deeply into his life through archives, personal journals, and interviews with Clivette's estate, bringing a story that hasn't been told in nearly 100 years to rip-roaring, Great Gatsby-style life!

 

We'll be discussing the book, Clivette's life, and Michael's writing process with the author. Then he will be signing copies of the book. You can pre-order the book in either hardcover or paperback now! There will be a limited quantity of books available to purchase at the event.
